Pulse<\/em>…the visualization of heart beats\u00a0into a single flashing bulb in the darkness! What a thrilling and beautiful moment! I was so amazed to see that my flickering heart beats were\u00a0dissolved away among the crowd of other people’s heart beat lights.<\/p>\n

The installation works by the artist, Rafael Lozano-Hemmer\u00a0speaks about human beings through the electronic engineering. The works connect people: My body shape is\u00a0overlapped on the previous people’s body impirnts through the electronic heat detection;\u00a0My voice is overwrapped\u00a0with the recording of previous people’s voices.<\/p>\n

People interact with the works,\u00a0by\u00a0drawing, designing and performing. Without the\u00a0human touch, the artwork would be a mere machine.<\/p>\n
